Hand-N-Hand Community Services Foundation, Inc. ("Hand-N-Hand," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Florida. We operate the East Palatka Emergency Hub and Workforce Training Facility and administer the East Palatka Project — a longitudinal community revitalization initiative serving East Palatka, Putnam County, Florida.
